This set, might require switching some of existing dummy swicth functions from the location next to radio to the left side of the steering wheel.
Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge - great, stock look!
Duostyling Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge requires no mounting hardware, senders nor soldering. The gauge uses A2 dummy switch as its housing and the signal is picked up from the existing Oxygen sensor(O2) harness. Plug and play.
Why is air/fuel ratio important?
There are two ways above mentioned ratio can go wrong. Running too rich can destroy catalytic converter, as well as render spark plugs useless. Further more, too much fuel means not all of it burns in the combustion process, so the remaining gasoline washes down the cylinder walls and disolves engine oil, eventually causing low compression due to damaged cylinders and rings. Running too lean can create even worse havoc, especially in force inducted DSCars. Lean is the worst nightmare for owners of turbo and superchanged DSCars. VW engines can handle a lot of boost but only if you supply enough fuel. Most of melted pistons and blown engines are caused by running too lean.
Voltage gaugeJust like the Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge, Duostyling Voltage Gauge requires no mounting hardware and installs fast and easy. The signal is picked up from any 12V circuit that comes on with the ignition. Two gauges are packed into the same housing, for easier installation.

Oil pressure and temperature gauge - in the stock look series!As usually, slick look, good manual and fairly simple installation. Oil pressure gauge requires a VDO sender. The gauge uses standard VDO sender VDO 360-006 or widely available Audi 80/90 senders (the VAG part number is 035 919 561(a)). These particular senders are the 2 pole type which fits on top of the filter flange and has a dual function - as the gauge sender and oil pressure switch for the oil light in the dash. VDO has a few senders with the given range(10-180Ohm, 0-5 Bar) but we designed and tested our DSProducts with those above. Some of VDO senders are a single pole type which can be installed in the extra spot on top of the filter flange so the stock oil pressure switch is left alone. In the future, the appropriate sender will be available from this site as well.
Oil Temperature Gauge designed to work with standard VDO sender 323-423. Measures from 80-150 Celsius. As usually, slick look, good manual and fairly simple installation.
